Asamai Shuzo Sake Tasting Party
$10 out of $38 ticket will be donated to
.....BC Japan Earthquake Relief Fund.....

Date & Time: 6pm - 8pm on May 18 (Wed)
Where: Shuraku Sake Bar and Bistro
Address: 833 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC

When I took my Sake Professional Course in New York in summer 2009, I had a chance to taste over 100 types of sake from Japan. Ama No To (Heaven's Door) made by Asamai Shuzo became one of my favourites during my study of sake!

On May 18 (Wed), Mr. Kakizaki, president of Asamai Shuzo will be at Shuraku to introduce his sake from Japan. Junkara (showing here) became available in Vancouver recently. Shuraku, the original sake bar in Vancouver, is proud to have him as a guest speaker and would like you to try this magnificent dry sake with our carefully paired Izakaya style Japanese appetizers in friendly casual environment.
We hope you can join us!

Owner, Sake Professional
